LHV Group Acquires Own Shares on Nasdaq Tallinn

LHV Group, the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in Estonia, has announced that during the period from 11 to 17 September 2026, it acquired its own shares on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange. The acquisitions were executed in line with the terms disclosed on 25 April 2025 and the additional information published on 22 September 2025.

These transactions are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital structure and reflect the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders held on 26 March 2025. The acquisitions were managed by AS LHV Pank, and summary data of the transactions will be disclosed no later than the seventh trading day after the transactions and will be made available to the Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority, via the Nasdaq Tallinn system, and on LHV Group’s investor website.

LHV Group, employing nearly 1,200 people, operates through its main subsidiaries: LHV Pank, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus, and LHV Bank Limited. The Group’s banking services are used by more than 514,000 customers, while LHV-managed II pillar pension funds have 105,000 active customers. Additionally, LHV Kindlustus provides insurance protection to 244,000 customers. LHV Bank, a subsidiary of LHV Group, holds a UK banking licence and offers banking services to international financial technology companies, loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, and retail banking services.
