DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Sept. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Leverate, a leading fintech innovator, has introduced MCP for Traders, a new feature that connects third-party AI assistants to live trading accounts, enhancing the trading experience for users. This development follows the launch of MCP for Brokers in July 2026, which opened a firm’s CRM, Broker Portal, and trading platform data to AI assistants.
The new MCP for Traders allows traders to interact with AI assistants directly from their trading platforms. By opening the AI Connector section in their platform settings and copying a connection prompt or configuration into their AI app, traders can access a suite of 15 trading tools. These tools are focused on account and market data, as well as supporting trading account functions. The system ensures that every action runs in two phases: the assistant prepares the order and restates the details, and the trader must explicitly approve the order before it reaches the market.
According to Ran Strauss, CEO and Co-Founder of Leverate, "Most brokers' traders are already using AI. The question was whether they would use it on the broker’s own platform or somewhere else entirely. We built this so the answer can be on the platform, with the trader confirming every order and the firm able to see exactly what came from an assistant." This feature aims to bridge the gap between AI tools and traditional trading platforms, providing a seamless experience for traders while maintaining control over the execution process.
The release of MCP for Traders aligns with a growing trend in the financial industry, where AI tools are increasingly being integrated into trading workflows. An Investing.com survey of 938 US retail investors, published in April 2026, revealed that 62% use AI tools to inform their investment decisions, and 54% have used assistants such as ChatGPT for research. This indicates a significant demand for AI integration in trading platforms.
For brokers, MCP for Traders offers a new engagement layer around the trading account. By enabling AI-assisted trading, brokers can attract clients who are already using AI tools and provide a more integrated experience. The feature is available on Leverate’s white-label trading platform and is rolling out across the Client Portal and the wider Leverate ecosystem, with plans to extend support to MT4/5 solutions in the future.
The system ensures that every AI-originated order is logged to Leverate’s CRM with its own source flag, allowing risk and compliance teams to distinguish it from a manual order. On prop accounts, orders placed through an assistant route through the same risk engine as any other and respect challenge and daily-loss limits. Each connection is bound to one account and secured with a token the trader controls, ensuring a high level of security and privacy.
Leverate’s MCP for Traders is part of its broader strategy to empower financial institutions, brokers, and prop firms with cutting-edge technology. With 19+ years of experience and a global client base, Leverate provides a complete ecosystem, from trading platforms and CRM to liquidity and prediction markets. The company’s goal is to help firms launch, operate, and scale with confidence.
As traders increasingly adopt AI tools, MCP for Traders offers a solution that balances the benefits of AI with the need for human oversight. The feature is now live and is expected to reshape the way traders interact with digital tools in the financial markets.
