Lerøy Seafood Group ASA has successfully raised NOK 750 million through the issuance of a new green bond, a move that underscores the company's commitment to sustainable financing. The bond, with a tenor of six years and a floating rate coupon of 3m NIBOR + 116 bps, will support green projects as outlined in the company’s Green Finance Framework.

The transaction, which closed on September 17, 2026, was executed by Danske Bank and DNB Carnegie as joint bookrunners. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be directed towards financing or refinancing projects that align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, further solidifying Lerøy Seafood’s position as a leader in sustainable seafood operations.
