NEW YORK and NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 4, 2026, A legal investigation into BellRing Brands, Inc. (NYSE: BRBR) has been initiated by Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, a prominent securities litigation law firm. The investigation centers on the actions of BellRing's officers and directors in connection with the company's financial performance and disclosures.

In August 2025, BellRing reported its third-quarter financial results for the fiscal year 2025, projecting net sales in a range between $2.28 billion and $2.32 billion. This outlook was notably lower than previous projections, and the company cited increased competition as a factor. Specifically, BellRing mentioned that other competitors had gained more shelf space with a major retailer, leading to the entry of new protein ready-to-drink (RTD) products into the convenient nutrition market.

Following this announcement, BellRing and several of its executives were sued in a securities class action lawsuit. The lawsuit, which is ongoing, alleges that the company and its executives failed to disclose material information to shareholders, thereby violating federal securities laws.

Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, led by former Louisiana Attorney General Charles C. Foti, Jr., has now launched an investigation into the conduct of BellRing's officers and directors. The firm is seeking to determine whether there was any breach of fiduciary duty or other legal violations that may have impacted shareholders.

Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, known for its expertise in securities litigation, has been ranked among the top 10 firms nationally based on settlement value by SCAS. The firm provides representation to a range of clients, including public and private institutional investors and individual retail investors, in cases involving corporate fraud or mismanagement.
