COVENTRY, United Kingdom, 19 October 2026 - LEDSpace, a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, has launched BLAQ IRIS, a colour-changing slat wall lighting system. Designed to blend seamlessly into the wall when unlit, the new product aims to offer customers a discreet yet vibrant lighting option for their homes and commercial interiors.
BLAQ IRIS is a follow-up to the company's successful BLAQ Aura, a warm white slat wall lighting range. The new system retains the same matt black silicone finish and anti-static coating, ensuring it remains unobtrusive when not in use. However, when activated, the strips reveal a line of light within the wall, providing users with a dynamic lighting experience.
The BLAQ IRIS system is a plug-and-play solution, allowing users to easily integrate it into their existing wall slat installations. The strips can be pressed into suitable gaps between slats or fitted using optional mounting clips, which are sold separately. The system is intended for indoor installations in both residential and commercial settings.
Control of the BLAQ IRIS lighting can be achieved through the included controller, an app, or compatible Alexa and Google Home devices after setup. Users can adjust the colour and brightness of the strips from their smartphones or voice assistants, creating a versatile and customizable lighting environment.
