Learnis, a new international network for transformative education, has officially launched its corporate umbrella, uniting three companies with a shared 20-year method. The network, based in Italy, Spain, and the United States, brings together Genio Net, Crecimiento Personal SL, and Genius in 21 Days LLC. This move is being celebrated on International Literacy Day, September 8, 2026, as a step towards addressing functional illiteracy and personalized learning.
The new network, under the brand Learnis, aims to provide a transformative education experience that is uniquely tailored to each individual's cognitive profile. Founded in 2008, the network has run over 50 learning centers, serving more than 5,000 participants annually through immersive courses and training paths. The mission is clear: to help individuals learn how to learn, fostering personal growth and professional excellence.
"We are excited to launch Learnis as a single, unified brand," states Massimo De Donno, President of LEARNIS Italia. "For almost two decades, our three companies have shared the same method, values, and origins. Now, under the Learnis brand, we can better represent our value proposition and reach a wider audience."
The network's approach is centered on the idea that there is no single way to learn, as each person is unique. They offer personalized study methods that are designed around the individual's cognitive profile. "Learning how to learn is crucial for personal and professional development," explains Giacomo Navone, President of LEARNIS España. "Once a person understands how they learn best, they can embark on a path of personal growth and professional excellence."
Learnis has structured its educational offer into three fields: Learning Skills, Personal Skills, and Professional Skills. The network's flagship immersive course, Learnis Mind, has also been launched. This advanced course includes Module C1, developed by researchers from the Turin branch of Italy's National Research Council (CNR-IRPI), a top 10 global scientific institution. The module is based on metacognitive principles and exercises developed through research conducted between 2015 and 2019.
The new corporate structure will better support the group's international development. The network plans to operate through a network of certified Senior Partners in each new country, starting with its presence in the United States. "We have grown without a single classroom in the U.S.," says Stephanie Turconi, LEARNIS Senior Partner and Co-founder of the U.S. network. "Coaching, courses, and mentoring are delivered online, reaching students in every state and beyond. This lighter model will allow us to expand rapidly."
To ensure transparency and professional ethics, Learnis has developed a Corporate Code of Ethics, supported by an independent ethics guarantor in each country and an external Ethical Committee. "In education, a claim is worth exactly as much as the evidence you can hand over," states Navone. "That is why we publish certified testimonials and reassess our instructors regularly."
The launch of Learnis marks a significant shift for a network that has been active for almost 20 years, offering a fresh approach to transformative education. As technology continues to transform skilled professions, the need for personalized learning methods has become more critical. Learnis is positioned to meet this need, providing a comprehensive educational framework that can adapt to the evolving demands of the 21st century.
