Lazard Appoints Daniel Burton-Morgan as Head of Equity Capital Markets Advisory, North America

Lazard, a preeminent financial advisory and asset management firm, has bolstered its North American Equity Capital Markets Advisory capabilities by appointing Daniel Burton-Morgan as the Head of Equity Capital Markets Advisory, North America. This new role marks a significant step in Lazard’s strategy to fully serve clients across their capital markets needs.

Burton-Morgan will focus on advising clients on equity capital markets strategies and executing transactions such as initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, and block trades. His extensive experience spans over two decades in the financial sector, most recently as the Head of Americas ECM Financial Sponsor Origination at Bank of America.

Tim Donahue, Global Head of Strategic Capital Solutions and Co-Head of Financial Advisory in North America at Lazard, highlighted Burton-Morgan’s expertise. “Daniel is an experienced and accomplished equity capital markets banker with a global track record that speaks for itself across IPOs, block trades, and sponsor relationships,” Donahue said. “Lazard has long operated a robust ECM advisory franchise in Europe.
