Latin Explore Identifies Large Porphyry Copper-Molybdenum Target in Peru

Latin Explore Inc, a copper-focused exploration company, has announced the identification of a significant porphyry copper-molybdenum target at its 100%-owned Para project in Peru. The target, spanning approximately 1.8 kilometers by 1.6 kilometers, extends from the surface to a depth of about 800 meters. This discovery, based on the convergence of multiple datasets, marks a pivotal moment for the company.

The principal target is defined by a pronounced IP chargeability anomaly, which overlaps a magnetic low, mapped hydrothermal alteration, and a broader 3 km by 4 km surface copper-molybdenum anomaly. The latter has returned rock samples with copper values up to 1.7%. This comprehensive dataset strengthens the company's technical case and positions Para as a potential porphyry copper-molybdenum system.

Latin Explore has received approval for a drill permit, which allows for the construction of access roads and 14 drill pads with up to 14 drill holes. The company plans to commence drilling in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to receiving all necessary administrative and regulatory approvals. The initial drilling program will consist of three holes designed to test the highest-priority overlapping geophysical, geological, and geochemical targets.

Dr. Donovan Pienaar, President and CEO of Latin Explore, stated, "Para has now reached the point that every exploration company wants to get to, a large, never-drilled target where multiple independent datasets are pointing to the same place. We have surface copper mineralization grading up to 1.7%, a broad copper-molybdenum geochemical footprint, mapped porphyry-style alteration, a pronounced magnetic low, and a large coherent chargeability response extending to approximately 800 meters depth."

The Para project, located in Peru's Coastal Copper Belt, has been the subject of extensive historical exploration and drill-target definition by Vale Exploration Peru S.A.C. However, it remains untested by drilling. The company's reprocessing and reinterpreting of geophysical data have refined the geometry, continuity, and depth extent of the principal target, providing a clearer picture of the potential porphyry system.

Eduardo Leon, the Company's qualified person, has reviewed the scientific and technical information that forms the basis for the company's exploration plans. He has expressed confidence in the potential of the Para project, stating, "The important next step is drilling, and our initial program will provide the first direct test of this system at depth. For Latin Explore, this represents our first major discovery catalyst as a public company."

Latin Explore's strategy is to create shareholder value through the discovery and advancement of large-scale copper systems while pursuing additional acquisition opportunities throughout South America. The Para project, with its undrilled copper-molybdenum potential, is a key component of this strategy. The company is finalizing preparations for its maiden drill program, with the first assay results expected in early 2027.
