Kyndryl Grants Inducement Equity Awards to New Employees

NEW YORK, Sept. 3, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Kyndryl, a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, has granted inducement equity awards to six new non-executive officer employees. The company has distributed a total of 33,577 restricted stock units in compliance with the New York Stock Exchange's Listed Company Manual Rule 303A.08.

According to Kyndryl, 7,778 of these restricted stock units will vest in four equal annual installments, starting one year after the grant date. An additional 25,799 sign-on restricted stock units will vest in two equal annual installments, also commencing one year after the grant date.

Each inducement equity award was communicated to the employees in their offer letters as a material inducement to their acceptance of employment. The awards were granted by the Compensation and Human Capital Committee of the Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, under the Kyndryl 2026 Employment Inducement Equity Incentive Plan. The terms of these inducement equity awards align with those under the Amended and Restated Kyndryl 2021 Long-Term Performance Plan.
