Olathe, KS, Sept. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Kustom Entertainment, Inc., a leader in live event production and ticketing technology, has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common stock. The company anticipates that the reverse split will take effect on October 1, 2026, when the stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a split-adjusted basis. The new CUSIP number for the company's common stock will be 25382T705.

The reverse stock split is being implemented to ensure that the company's share price remains above the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. As of September 18, 2026, the company's board of directors approved the reverse stock split.
