Schlieren (Zurich), Switzerland, October 15, 2026, Kuros Biosciences, a leader in next-generation bone healing technologies, announced a significant financial performance for the first nine months of 2026, marking a 40% year-over-year increase in sales. The company reported total medical device sales of USD 141.8 million, up from USD 101.1 million in the same period last year.

The company's financial performance also reflected a robust improvement in profitability, with total group EBITDA increasing by 81% to USD 13.5 million, compared to USD 7.4 million in the first nine months of 2025. The group's adjusted EBITDA, a key indicator of operational efficiency, increased by 68% to USD 20.6 million, representing a margin of 14.5%. This is a significant improvement from the 12.1% margin recorded in the same period last year.

Kuros Biosciences also noted a strong cash position, with the company’s cash reserves ahead of plan at USD 19.6 million, up from USD 9.7 million as of June 30, 2026. This financial strength is expected to support the company's continued growth and investment in its innovative technologies.

Operational highlights included the successful activation of Kuros’ new Alpharetta, Georgia facility, which began commercial production of MagnetOs bone graft in October 2026. This new facility, together with the company’s existing site in Bilthoven, Netherlands, will provide dual-site manufacturing capabilities, particularly in the company’s largest market. This move is aimed at enhancing capacity and supply-chain resilience.

In the clinical arena, Kuros Biosciences reported significant progress in its Level I clinical trials. The PROOF trial reached 97% enrollment, while the PRECISE trial surpassed its halfway mark at 55%, advancing both posterolateral fusion studies. Additionally, the ASTRA trial, which focuses on hindfoot and ankle fusion, advanced to 18% enrollment, extending the company’s prospective evidence across spine and extremities.

Reflecting the continued strength of the business, Kuros Biosciences has raised its full-year guidance. The company now expects sales growth of 36% to 40% and an adjusted EBITDA margin of more than 14.5%.

MagnetOs, Kuros Biosciences’ flagship product, continues to demonstrate its efficacy in clinical settings. In a Level I human clinical study published in Spine, MagnetOs achieved nearly twice the fusion rate of autograft (79% vs. 47%) in posterolateral fusions. Among active smokers, who made up 1 in 5 patients, the fusion difference between MagnetOs and autograft was even more dramatic. This product, which grows bone on its own thanks to NeedleGrip™, a proprietary submicron surface technology, is FDA cleared for use throughout the spine, including interbody procedures.
