The Kronos banking platform, now live on the Apple App Store, offers a range of features designed to support gig workers and independent contractors. These include gig-income records, 1099 organization, tax set-aside, mileage and receipt tracking, proof-of-income tools, payment requests, and always-free instant transfers between members. The number of serverless edge functions has grown from 35 to 476, while the database tables have increased from 52 to more than 450. The company's valuation is based on a cost-to-rebuild asset floor of $3.0 million to $5.5 million, reflecting the platform's growth and the broader market value of launched consumer fintechs, which fall within a range of $10 million to $30 million. Sultan Mogaji, the founder and owner of KronosPay LLC, holds approximately 100% of the company's equity, which is liquid private equity. His personal investments are included in his estimated net worth, which is currently in the range of $18 million to $25 million.
