Kohler, the kitchen and bath leader, has returned as the official kitchen and bath and plumbing partner for the 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York. The event, which runs from September 16 to October 13, 2026, sees celebrated designers and architects reimagine a historic Greenwich Village townhouse at 80 Washington Place.

The residence, spanning six levels, has been transformed into an immersive showcase of interiors, art, architecture, and technology. Kohler products, including the Synthos workstation sink, Numi 2.0 Smart Toilet, and various collections from Artifacts, Occasion, Components, and Memoirs, have been thoughtfully integrated throughout the Show House. These products demonstrate the many ways design can elevate the rituals of everyday living, from sculptural plumbing fixtures and expressive finishes to smart technology and wellness innovations.

Brittany Canniff Kimball, senior marketing manager for brand partnerships and designers at Kohler, expressed the company's excitement to return to the Kips Bay event. "What makes the Show House so special is that there is no single definition of beautiful or functional design. Each designer brings their own point of view, and Kohler becomes part of that story in different ways from moments of quiet luxury and craftsmanship to spaces centered around wellness and efficiency."

The 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House is housed in a 1839 Georgian townhouse that spans six levels. The residence features grand entertaining spaces, private terraces, a dedicated wellness level, and a rooftop deck overlooking Washington Square Park. The event is open to the public, with tickets starting at $50, and proceeds support vital programming for local youth through the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.

Nazira Handal, director of special events and corporate partnerships at Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, highlighted the organization's partnership with Kohler. "With each Show House, Kohler continues to push the boundaries of what's possible, showcasing how innovation in technology, design, and craftsmanship can come together to create truly inspiring spaces. Their longstanding commitment to the Show House, along with their continued support of our mission, helps us raise critical funds for programs that benefit young people across the country."

Since its founding in 1973, Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised millions of dollars to support after-school programs through the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. The event has expanded to include Show Houses in Palm Beach and Dallas, with Kohler continuing to support the organization in these locations as well.
