QUEBEC CITY, Sept. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Kobo Resources Inc., a 100%-owned gold exploration company in Côte d'Ivoire, has released new diamond drill results from its Kossou Gold Project. These results highlight the continued exploration potential of the Road Cut Zone and the Kadie Zone, with significant gold mineralisation identified in these areas.

Drilling at the Road Cut Zone has confirmed strong continuity of gold mineralisation within the Artisanal Shear, with results from northern sections RCZ000 and RCZ-200 identifying additional areas for follow-up drilling. In particular, drill hole KDD0191 returned 19.0 metres at 1.94 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) from 67.0 metres, including 9.0 metres at 3.29 g/t Au. This result, along with the 4.0 metres at 2.05 g/t Au from 134.0 metres and the 2.0 metres at 2.91 g/t Au from 156.0 metres, confirms the presence of mineralisation associated with shearing and quartz veining along the Contact Zone Fault.

Drilling at the Kadie Zone has also returned several high-grade gold intercepts, including 9.0 metres at 2.44 g/t Au from 62.0 metres in KDD0192, 2.0 metres at 9.26 g/t Au from 213.0 metres in KDD0185, and 2.20 metres at 3.91 g/t Au from 62.0 metres in KDD0189. These results suggest the presence of a mineralised system at depth on section KZ275, with further drilling planned to test the continuity of mineralisation along the structure.

The company has completed more than 53,430 metres of drilling across 260 holes at Kossou, with additional high-grade results from the Kadie Zone. Kobo Resources is now planning further exploration activities to test the scale of the Road Cut gold system, which remains open at depth and to the north.

Kobo Resources Inc. continues to explore its 100%-owned Kossou Gold Project, with a focus on the Road Cut Zone and the Kadie Zone. The company has made significant progress in defining the scale and prospectivity of its Kossou Gold Project, with exploration focused on multiple high-priority targets within a 9+ kilometre strike length of highly prospective gold-in-soil geochemical anomalies. The latest phase of drilling has further refined structural controls on gold mineralisation, setting the stage for the next phase of systematic exploration and resource development.

Kobo Resources Inc. is a growth-focused gold exploration company with a compelling gold discovery in Côte d'Ivoire, one of West Africa's most prolific gold districts. The company's 100%-owned Kossou Gold Project is located approximately 20 kilometres northwest of the capital city of Yamoussououkro and is directly adjacent to one of the region's largest gold mines with established processing facilities.
