KML Remodeling Expands Kitchen Remodeling Services in Southern Illinois

KML Remodeling, a family-owned residential remodeling company based in Millstadt, Illinois, has expanded its services to include kitchen remodeling with custom cabinets and granite countertops. Established in 2021, the company operates from 83 Rhineland Pl and serves homeowners in Millstadt and surrounding areas, including Monroe, Randolph, St. Clair, and Madison counties.

KML Remodeling approaches the kitchen as the heart of the home, focusing on creating a space that is functional for everyday cooking while also accommodating entertaining. The company offers a range of services, including custom cabinets, countertops in marble, granite, or butcher block, and backsplashes that range from classic subway tile to modern mosaics. Before any cabinets are installed, homeowners receive detailed cabinet drawings to review the design.

Beyond the main kitchen, KML Remodeling also builds basement kitchenettes and bars, including stone bar areas designed for snacks and drinks. Each project is tailored to the homeowner’s budget, with countertop and finish choices matched to the client’s style and price range. The company prides itself on treating every home as if it were its own, offering material samples during the initial consultation to help clients compare finishes in their own space.

KML Remodeling maintains a commitment to customer satisfaction by returning calls promptly, scheduling installations around customer availability, and keeping clients updated throughout the project. The company works with a network of St. Louis Metro East carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians, and painters to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard. Crews clean up after themselves and leave the property in better condition than when they arrived.

In addition to kitchen remodeling, KML Remodeling offers a range of other residential services, including bathroom remodeling, patio covers and pergolas, sun and screen rooms, hardscape design, window installation, and custom deck building. The company is a member of the Millstadt Chamber of Commerce and provides discounts for previous customers and referrals. KML Remodeling also offers financing options through Acorn, which works with multiple lenders.
