Kiteworks Issues Precautionary Shutdown Advisory Due to Credible Threat

Customers who self-manage their Kiteworks systems, whether on-premises or on AWS or Azure, are instructed to shut down those systems themselves during this window. Kiteworks will shut down the customer systems it hosts, on behalf of customers, during the same window, so Kiteworks-hosted customers are not required to take any action.

The advisory does not affect other Kiteworks subsidiaries, including Zivver, DRACOON, totemo, and 123FormBuilder. Customers are encouraged to contact Kiteworks Technical Support with any questions about the advisory or their specific environment.
