VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. (TSXV: KLDC), a company focused on exploration in the Kirkland Lake region of Ontario’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt, has announced an upsize of its previously announced private placement. The company has entered into an amendment agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp., a syndicate of agents, to increase the size of the private placement by up to $17,395,932, with the option to sell additional shares at a later date.
The private placement now consists of two components: flow-through common shares (FT Shares) at a price of $0.40 per share and special flow-through common shares (Special FT Shares) at a price of $0.483 per share, for a total of up to $12,292,662 in gross proceeds. Additionally, the company has granted the agents an option to sell up to approximately C$2,873,278 of additional FT Shares, Special FT Shares, or a combination thereof, at the respective offering prices and on the same terms and conditions, exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to 48 hours prior to the closing date of the Offering.
