Kinetic Global Unveils Integrated Platform for Critical Event Management

Kinetic Global, a global provider of enterprise critical event management and emergency mass notification technology, has unveiled the latest version of its platform. This new release integrates threat detection and incident response into a single, streamlined interface, designed to help corporate security teams focus on relevant threats and respond more efficiently.

The platform, which Kinetic Global has been refining since its introduction in 2024, now offers a more cohesive solution for managing critical events. With the new release, teams can filter out global noise and focus on threats that directly impact their own people, facilities, travelers, and shipments. The platform's live monitoring map, Command View, automatically generates an exposure alert when an asset moves into a threat radius, ensuring that only relevant information is presented to the team.

Peter Cahill, CEO of Kinetic Global, emphasized the platform's evolution, stating, "When we introduced our incident response module in 2024, the goal was to close the gap between an event happening and a team responding to it. This release finishes the thought. A team now sees the threats that reach their own people, responds to each one the same way every time, and can show leadership exactly how it went, without leaving a single screen."

The new Event Manager module converts an organization's written response procedures into guided digital workflows. As an analyst works through a response, the module prompts the correct next steps and can send the right notifications while information is still being gathered, rather than after the fact. Dedicated incident rooms, task ownership, and notification templates across more than 65 threat categories ensure that every stakeholder works from the same information. Responders can attach documents, call transcripts, and CCTV footage directly to the event record, and notifications reach recipients by email, SMS, and Teams. The same templates also support emergency mass notification for events that require reaching an entire population at once.

The platform also includes a comprehensive analytics view that allows teams to set response-time targets and track each incident against those targets. Real-time alerts are triggered when a response is on track or running behind, and the total time each incident takes to resolve is captured automatically. This results in a complete, exportable record of who was notified, when, through which channel, and who responded, ready for executive review and for legal or compliance requirements without manual reconstruction after an incident.

Organizations that have moved off a patchwork of separate monitoring, alerting, and response systems and onto the platform report fewer vendors to manage, lower total cost, and faster response, with the time from a confirmed event to first notification dropping from tens of minutes to seconds.
