NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- New breakfast and snacks bring hidden vegetables and protein to more occasions throughout the day. Kidfresh, the kids' meal brand known for kid-friendly favorites made with hidden vegetables, is expanding beyond lunch and dinner this fall with four new products designed to help parents "Win More Meals" all day long. The new lineup will be available in the freezer aisle at Target in October 2026, bringing Kidfresh's signature approach of kids' favorite foods made with real hidden vegetables, wholesome ingredients, and protein to breakfast and snack time.
The new products include Egg Bites & Potato Tots, Mac & Cheese Bites, Blueberry Mini Muffins, and Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins. These new items are part of Kidfresh's ongoing commitment to providing parents with convenient and nutritious meal options that their children will enjoy.
The new Egg Bites & Potato Tots Easy Combo, for example, features kid-friendly egg bites and potato tots in one convenient meal. Made with cage-free eggs and real cheddar cheese, the egg bites feature hidden pureed butternut squash, while the russet potato tots have hidden pureed cauliflower and navy beans. The breakfast provides 14 grams of protein per serving.
Another new product, Mac & Cheese Bites, takes Kidfresh's award-winning mac and cheese and gives it a new format with crispy, bite-sized pieces that are cheesy on the inside. Made with real mozzarella cheese, hidden pureed butternut squash and fava beans, the bites provide 10 grams of protein per serving and are also a good source of calcium.
The Blueberry Mini Muffins and Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins are also part of the new lineup. Made with real blueberries, banana, and hidden pureed butternut squash, the Blueberry Mini Muffins provide 5 grams of protein per serving and 35% less sugar than the leading brand. The Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins, on the other hand, are made with real chocolate, banana, and hidden pureed butternut squash, providing 5 grams of protein per serving and 45% less sugar than the leading brand.
The new products are part of Kidfresh's strategy to provide parents with more meal options throughout the day. By offering nutritious and convenient breakfast and snack options, Kidfresh aims to help parents "Win More Meals" and provide their children with healthy and enjoyable meals.
Availability for the new products will be in the freezer aisle at Target in October 2026. Kidfresh will also showcase the new lineup at the 2026 NFRA Convention, October 17-20 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, connecting with retailers and industry partners as the brand expands into new dayparts.
