BENGALURU, India, Sept. 25, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Keystone, a global advisory firm, is expanding its presence in India by establishing its first hub in Bengaluru. The company aims to support multinational technology, manufacturing, and financial services firms as they navigate the complexities of the Indian market, including regulatory challenges and platform risks.

According to Jeff Marowits, CEO of Keystone, the Bengaluru launch underscores the firm's long-term commitment to India as a strategic growth market. The company plans to hire talent and expand its workforce in India over the next two years, investing in exceptional local expertise.

The Bengaluru hub will support a diverse range of clients, including global technology companies like Microsoft and Meta, financial services firms such as Goldman Sachs, and India's largest law firms. The team will help these entities navigate the unique challenges of the Indian market, including the current AI disruption and the country's distinctive market structure and regulatory environment.

Bengaluru was chosen as the first hub due to its strong ecosystem of leading technology companies, research institutions, and a concentration of AI, data science, and engineering talent. The city's Global Capability Centres further enhance its appeal as a strategic location for Keystone's expansion.

The launch of Keystone India will also contribute to the firm's global AI Centre of Excellence. This centre, led by Keystone Senior Principal Himanshu Singhi, will integrate advanced AI and data capabilities with Keystone's expertise in economics, strategy, investigations, and litigation. The centre aims to develop rigorous and repeatable approaches to complex client problems, supporting the responsible use of AI through technical expertise, economic analysis, sound governance, and human judgment.

Keystone's interdisciplinary model, which combines technologists, economists, and strategists, has been in place since the firm's founding in 2003. This model will be further strengthened by the addition of remarkable talent and globally recognized academics from India. The firm's approach offers more than conventional economic or strategic advice, helping Indian organizations understand and deploy emerging technologies, evaluate AI and data systems, address competition and intellectual-property questions, manage complex investigations, and prepare for the legal and regulatory implications of increasingly technology-driven markets.

In a statement, Rohit Chatterjee, Global Head and Keystone Senior Partner, emphasized the firm's commitment to India.

Keystone's expansion into India is part of its deliberate and long-term strategy to build a distinct form of advisory capability. The firm's global presence now includes offices in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, Washington, D.C., London, Dubai, and Sydney, complemented by the new Bengaluru hub.
