Tracey Edwards, a dual-licensed Keller Williams agent serving Central Ohio and Florida, has been appointed as the Luxury Regional Ambassador for the Ohio Valley Region. This role, which covers Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, aims to connect agents and clients across two of the company's most active luxury corridors, providing direct access to global luxury referral networks.
Edwards, who leads the Homes By Tracey Edwards Team and has over 11 years of experience, will manage the MC Liaison recruitment program and coordinate KW Luxury Pro memberships across the region. This initiative gives agents in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana a direct line to Florida's luxury market, while also offering Florida-based agents a connection back into the Ohio Valley.
"Agents in Columbus, Powell, and Worthington now have a real referral partner on the Gulf Coast, and agents in Naples or Bradenton have the same thing pointing back into Ohio. That's what clients actually need when they're relocating between these two markets."
The appointment builds on Edwards' existing work in both markets. She is recognized as a top producer in both Central Ohio and Florida statewide and works with a wide range of clients, including luxury estates, retirees, investors, relocation buyers, first-timers, downsizers, new construction, and vacation rental buyers in the $300K to $1.5M range.
In addition to her ambassador role, Edwards is also involved in building out regional luxury resources. She recently worked on the Ohio Valley Collection, a regional luxury publication covering $1M+ listings across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. This effort underscores the seamless integration of Central Ohio and Florida into a single referral network.
