Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP has announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Blaize Holdings, Inc. (BZAI) on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the company’s securities between July 18, 2025, and April 28, 2026. The lawsuit alleges that throughout the class period, Blaize Holdings made false and misleading statements and failed to disclose certain material information.

According to the complaint, Blaize Holdings engaged in several practices that misled investors. The company is accused of announcing transactions with entities that were not capable of conducting meaningful business, thereby creating an appearance of growth. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that the company improperly recognized revenue, further distorting its financial performance.

The truth about these practices emerged on April 28, 2026, when Pelican Way Research published a report that exposed the alleged misrepresentations. Following the release of this report, Blaize Holdings’ stock price plummeted by $0.26 per share, or 12.03%, closing at $1.90 per share.

Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP, a nationally recognized law firm with offices in New York, Oakland, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New Jersey, is representing the investors. Founded in 1956, the firm has spent more than 50 years prosecuting securities, antitrust, and consumer protection actions in federal and state courts nationwide, recovering more than $10 billion for clients and the classes it has represented.

The firm is widely regarded as one of the nation's premier plaintiffs' securities litigation firms and has secured some of the largest recoveries in the history of securities litigation. Notable cases include a $2.425 billion recovery on behalf of Bank of America shareholders, a $800 million recovery for the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System and other pension funds, and a $475 million settlement in another significant case.

Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Blaize Holdings securities between July 18, 2025, and April 28, 2026, and who have suffered losses are encouraged to contact Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP. The deadline for these investors to move the court to serve as a lead plaintiff for the purported class is October 5, 2026.
