Kanzhun appoints new president as part of leadership rotation

BEIJING, Sept. 01, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Kanzhun Limited, a leading online recruitment platform in China, has announced a change in executive positions effective September 1, 2026. Xu Chen, who has served as the company's president, will cease to hold this role by rotation. Chen will continue to serve as an executive director and will now focus on his role as Chief Marketing Officer.
The company has appointed Tao Zhang as the new rotating president, a position that will last until August 31, 2027. Zhang, who previously held the roles of Chief Technology Officer and executive director, will now report directly to Peng Zhao, the founder, chairman, and CEO of Kanzhun Limited.
