REHOVOT, Israel and HOBOKEN, N.J., Oct. 06, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Kamada Ltd., a global biopharmaceutical company, has expanded its biosimilar portfolio with the launch of two additional products in Israel. The company now offers four biosimilar products, including Ustekinumab-Kamada, a biosimilar to Stelara® for treating chronic immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, and Enoxaparin-Kamada, a biosimilar to Clexane® for preventing and treating thromboembolic disorders. This expansion follows the successful launch of two other biosimilar products, Bevacizumab-Kamada and Pegfilgrastim-Kamada, in the Israeli market over the past two years.
The launch of these new products is part of Kamada’s broader strategy to build a growing and diversified biosimilars portfolio across key therapeutic areas.
Kamada anticipates that its biosimilar portfolio will generate approximately $4 million in sales in 2026, growing to approximately $10 million in 2028. By 2030, the company expects to have at least 12 marketed biosimilar products, licensed from six different leading international biosimilar companies, generating between approximately $20 million to $25 million in annual revenue. The company is also expanding its plasma collection operations to support revenue growth through the sale of normal source plasma and hyper-immune plasma. Currently, Kamada owns three FDA-approved operating plasma collection centers in the United States, located in Beaumont, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas.
FIMI Opportunity Funds, the leading private equity firm in Israel, is Kamada’s controlling shareholder, beneficially owning approximately 38% of the outstanding ordinary shares. Kamada’s forward-looking statements, including those regarding the expected expansion, composition, and geographic reach of its biosimilar product portfolio, are subject to risks and uncertainties, as detailed in its filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company is leveraging its manufacturing, research and development expertise to advance the development and commercialization of additional product candidates, targeting areas of significant unmet medical need. Kamada’s existing commercial portfolio of biosimilar products includes Ustekinumab-Kamada, a biosimilar to Stelara®; Enoxaparin-Kamada, a biosimilar to Clexane®; Bevacizumab-Kamada, a biosimilar to Avastin®; and Pegfilgrastim-Kamada, a biosimilar to Neulasta®. These products are expected to contribute significantly to the company’s revenue growth in the coming years.
Kamada’s strategy focuses on driving profitable growth through the commercialization of its biosimilar portfolio, distribution of third-party pharmaceutical products in Israel and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and the establishment of its plasma collection operations. The company is also exploring new mergers and acquisitions, business development, in-licensing, and collaboration opportunities to enhance its marketed products portfolio and leverage its financial strength and existing commercial infrastructure to drive long-term profitable growth.
The company’s forward-looking statements are subject to risks, uncertainties, and assumptions, including the evolving nature of conflicts in the Middle East, the impact of such conflicts on market conditions and the general economic, industry, and political conditions in Israel, the U.S., and globally. Kamada remains committed to leveraging its biosimilar regulatory expertise, commercialization infrastructure, and market-access capabilities in Israel and the MENA region to remain an attractive in-licensing partner and to identify, evaluate, enter into, and successfully commercialize additional in-licensing opportunities that offer attractive commercial potential.
