Jyske Realkredit Sets to Issue New Fixed-Rate Bonds

Jyske Realkredit, a Danish financial institution, is set to issue new fixed-rate bonds on the Nasdaq Copenhagen stock exchange. The bonds, which will be DKK-denominated, are designed to support various types of fixed-rate annuity loans and fixed-rate loans with interest-only options.
The first bond offering will be a 4% 111.E 2049 bond, aimed at 20-year fixed-rate annuity loans. Another bond, the 5% 111.E 2059, will cater to 30-year fixed-rate annuity loans. Two additional bonds, both with a 5% interest rate, will be issued for 30-year fixed-rate loans. The 5% 411.E.OA 2059 bond will offer an interest-only option for the first 10 years, while the 5% 411.E.OA30 2059 bond will provide an interest-only option for the full 30 years.
These bonds will be registered with VP Securities A/S and will be listed on the Nasdaq Copenhagen stock exchange. Jyske Realkredit will publish the final terms of the bonds in a separate stock exchange announcement.
