CLEVELAND and ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Oct. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- JobSource Inc. and The Reserves Network have merged to form a national workforce services organization, combining more than 70 years of combined experience to offer employers a broader reach and greater value. The new entity, built on the principles of both companies, aims to deliver faster hiring and more consistent service.

JobSource Inc., founded in 1994 by Gabriel Garcia, began with the belief that staffing should go beyond filling open positions. Over the past three decades, the company has expanded into a diversified workforce services organization, offering managed service programs, vendor management solutions, executive search, staff augmentation, and human resources services. JobSource has invested in proprietary technology, centralized infrastructure, and experienced operational leadership to support its growth.

The Reserves Network, established in 1984 in Fairview Park, Ohio, is a family-owned company that places nearly 20,000 employees annually through more than 40 locations across the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, and Southwest. Known for its deep community relationships and long-term client loyalty, TRN has grown organically and through strategic acquisitions, maintaining a local business feel even as it scales nationally.

Together, JobSource and The Reserves Network have created a single organization capable of supporting clients across the full employment lifecycle. The merger aims to deliver faster fills, a deeper talent pool, and a broader range of services from one partner. Clients can now access temporary and contingent staffing, temp-to-hire and direct placement, on-site workforce management, managed service programs, executive search, human resources consulting, specialized healthcare staffing, and government and public sector workforce programs.

"This merger just makes sense," said Gabriel Garcia, CEO of JobSource.

The combined organization is designed to provide faster fills, a deeper talent pool, and a broader range of services. It aims to deliver competitive cost structures while maintaining high-quality service and better visibility for clients. The organization will operate as a family of specialized companies and market-facing brands, each focused on a distinct area of workforce management and talent acquisition.

The merger is backed by Catalur Capital Management, which will provide the financial foundation to integrate the operations and continue investing in proprietary workforce technology. The new organization will stay responsive at the local level while delivering the scale, consistency, and reporting capability that regional and national clients require.
