JLL Names Paul Morgan as Chief Operating Officer

JLL, a global commercial real estate services and investment management company, has appointed Paul Morgan as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Morgan will join JLL's Global Executive Board (GEB) and will play a key role in the execution of the firm's long-term strategy, Accelerate 2030.

According to Christian Ulbrich, President and CEO of JLL, the newly created GEB role is part of the firm's ongoing efforts to advance its scale, resilience, operational excellence, and core leadership position.

Morgan brings extensive experience to the role, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Management Services at JLL. In this position, he led comprehensive building lifecycle solutions to maximize client returns on real estate investments. He was also the CEO of Workplace Management globally, overseeing over 53,000 professionals in 80 countries responsible for delivering facilities management services to Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations worldwide.

Ulbrich highlighted Morgan's proven track record for making large, complex organizations run more efficiently.

Morgan's appointment is part of JLL's broader strategy to centralize its enterprise-wide operational expertise into one global operations function. The firm's long-term strategy, Accelerate 2030, focuses on advancing its core leadership position, bringing the full strength of JLL to every client engagement, and operating on a unified, technology-enabled platform.
