ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE, a leading radiopharmaceutical biotech company, and its oncology therapeutics division, Lumara Bio, are set to present new data on ¹⁷⁷Lu-edotreotide (ITM-11) at the 2026 American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Annual Meeting, which will take place from September 26 to 30, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts.

The first presentation will focus on dosimetry results from the Phase 3 COMPETE trial. This trial evaluated ¹⁷⁷Lu-edotreotide in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs). The dosimetry results, which will be presented by Dr. Amir Iravani from the University of California, Los Angeles, are scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM ET. The presentation will be held in the Poster Hall of Exhibit Hall A and will be part of the PQA 01: Gastrointestinal Cancer and Central Nervous System session. The abstract number for this presentation is 2100, and it will be displayed on Poster Board Number 27.

The second presentation will highlight findings from a registry analysis of re-treatment with ¹⁷⁷Lu-edotreotide in patients with progressive neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). This analysis, which will be presented by Dr. Julia G. Fricke from the University Hospital Basel, Switzerland, will also take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM ET. The presentation will be part of the same session and will be displayed on the same poster board, with the abstract number 2066.

The COMPETE trial (NCT03049189) compared ¹⁷⁷Lu-edotreotide to everolimus, a targeted molecular therapy, in patients with inoperable, progressive Grade 1 or Grade 2 gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs). The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating clinically and statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) compared to everolimus. ¹⁷⁷Lu-edotreotide is an investigational product and is not approved by any regulatory authority for the safety and/or efficacy of any intended use. The company is also evaluating ¹⁷⁷Lu-edotreotide in the COMPOSE Phase 3 study for patients with well-differentiated, aggressive Grade 2 or Grade 3, somatostatin receptor (SSTR)-positive GEP-NETs.
