isomerra Expands to U.S. with Scott Fletcher as President

isomerra, a company that helps organizations turn fragmented non-financial records into evidence they can trace, explain, and reuse, has expanded its operations into the United States. The move comes as the company aims to capitalize on growing demand for sustainability reporting and AI-powered evidence management in the U.S. market. Building on established European enterprise relationships, isomerra targets growing U.S. demand for sustainability reporting and AI-powered evidence management.

The expansion marks a new phase in isomerra’s international growth strategy. Its US operation will support the American activities of existing European enterprise customers while pursuing new relationships with U.S.-headquartered organizations and professional advisory firms. Established strategic customer relationships in Europe provide a foundation for serving multinational enterprises seeking consistent evidence and reporting practices across borders. The U.S. market presents several complementary opportunities, including immediate preparation for California’s corporate greenhouse gas reporting requirements, emerging sustainability legislation in New York, and the needs of U.S. businesses with applicable European reporting obligations or cross-border customer and supply-chain information requests. Together, these pressures are increasing demand for reliable, traceable, and reusable non-financial information.

Scott Fletcher, a veteran of enterprise software sales and services, will lead this expansion as the President of US Operations. Fletcher brings extensive executive leadership experience in enterprise software sales, services, and growth. At PeopleSoft, a pioneer in client-server enterprise applications, and Ultimate Software, an early leader in the software-as-a-service model, he directly led teams or business units that achieved triple-digit growth. Both companies went on to exceed $1 billion in annual revenue. He also led the services organization at Exstream Software, which was subsequently acquired by Hewlett-Packard.

Fletcher will focus on market development, enterprise customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and the expansion of isomerra's US business. The company plans to pursue direct relationships with large organizations alongside partnerships with consulting, accounting, and other advisory firms that support reporting, compliance, and enterprise transformation. California’s SB 253 greenhouse gas reporting program is an initial focus for the US operation. isomerra will also engage organizations preparing for potential future state-level requirements and multinational businesses managing applicable European reporting and information requests. The company's technology supports evidence preparation and review rather than determining legal compliance.

isomerra connects documents, spreadsheets, and system exports, structures relevant information, and keeps answers linked to their supporting sources. Teams can inspect evidence, identify missing or conflicting information, and reuse verified records across reporting, customer questionnaires, procurement, and contract requirements. Interpretation and final approval remain with each organization and its advisers.
