NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Investors who purchased Wix.com Ltd. (NasdaqGS: WIX) securities between February 19, 2025, and May 12, 2026, inclusive, are advised to take action by September 22, 2026, as a class action lawsuit against the company is underway. ClaimsFiler, a free shareholder information service, reminds investors that this deadline is approaching for those who may be eligible to participate as lead plaintiff.

According to the lawsuit, Wix and certain of its executives are accused of failing to disclose material information during the Class Period, which has led to violations of federal securities laws. The lawsuit alleges that the company overstated the competitiveness and performance of its AI product offerings relative to those of its competitors. It also claims that the company understated the costs associated with developing and promoting these AI offerings, leading to an overstatement of the commercial and financial benefits of Wix's AI products.

ClaimsFiler, based in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, is managing the lawsuit. Interested investors can visit the ClaimsFiler website at <https://claimsfiler.com/cases/nasdaqgs-wix/> or call the toll-free number (833) 538-3604 to seek legal guidance. Lawyers at Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, are available to discuss the legal options available to potential plaintiffs.

"We are committed to helping retail investors recover their share of billions of dollars from securities class action settlements," said a spokesperson from ClaimsFiler. "Investors who believe they may have been affected by Wix's alleged misrepresentations are encouraged to act quickly to protect their rights."

The lawsuit, titled Yappi v. Wix.com Ltd., et al., is currently pending. Investors who purchased Wix securities within the specified period and suffered losses of more than $100,000 are urged to file a lead plaintiff application to potentially lead the lawsuit.

To date, the case is still in its early stages, and no final judgment has been made. Investors are advised to stay informed and take the necessary steps to safeguard their financial interests.
