Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman LLC, a leading investor-rights law firm, has filed a class action lawsuit against Hyliion Holdings Corp. (NYSE American: HYLN) and certain of its officers, alleging that the company and its executives engaged in misleading practices that harmed investors.

The lawsuit, which covers all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Hyliion securities between May 12, 2026, and June 23, 2026, both dates inclusive, is aimed at recovering damages. According to the complaint, the allegations include:

- Hyliion announced a deal with a recently formed entity that lacked actual business operations, with the goal of driving rapid stock price appreciation. - Hyliion's CEO, Thomas Healy, and CFO, Jon Panzer, allegedly timed the announcement and price appreciation to benefit from insider trading. - Defendants' statements about Hyliion's business, operations, and prospects were allegedly materially false and misleading and lacked a reasonable basis during the relevant time period.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman LLC notes that investors who purchased Hyliion securities between the specified dates have until October 27, 2026, to request that the court appoint them as lead plaintiff. Participation in the lawsuit does not require investors to serve as lead plaintiffs, and the firm will seek reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses and attorneys' fees, usually a percentage of the total recovery, only if successful.

Founded on the principle of restoring investor capital and ensuring corporate accountability, Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman LLC has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors nationwide. "Our practice centers on restoring investor capital and ensuring corporate accountability, which serves to uphold the essential integrity of the marketplace," said Peretz Bronstein, Founding Partner of the firm.
