Inturai Ventures Raises Additional $22,714 in Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BC, Inturai Ventures Corp. has successfully completed its final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising an additional $22,714.05 through the issuance of 151,427 units. This brings the total gross proceeds from the full offering to $963,713.70, comprising 6,424,758 units.

Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Warrants entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.25, with an expiry date of 24 months post-issuance. These warrants can be accelerated for expiry if the share price on the Canadian Securities Exchange reaches or exceeds $0.35 for five consecutive trading days.

The initial tranche, which closed earlier, saw the company issue 66,000 finder warrants to arm's-length parties for $9,900. These finder warrants allow for the purchase of one common share at $0.25 until August 28, 2028. All securities issued to finders are subject to resale restrictions until December 29, 2026.
