Intoxalock integrates reporting into Courtroom Security Solutions platform

Intoxalock has revolutionized probation reporting in Texas by integrating its comprehensive compliance summary reports directly into the Courtroom Security Solutions (CSS) platform. This first-of-its-kind integration, which covers more than 230 supervising agencies in the state, has eliminated the manual download and upload process, saving administrative hours and enhancing compliance.

Under the previous system, probation officers and court staff had to exit CSS, log into an external portal to download driver reports, and manually re-upload those files back into the CSS platform. This cumbersome process has now been streamlined with the new automated push, which syncs data directly within users' daily workflows.

The upgrade saves CSS users time by eliminating the need for manual downloads and uploads of the IID Summary Report. It also simplifies supervision by consolidating compliance information into a single platform, reducing administrative work for more than 230 Texas departments and courts managing high caseloads.
