Intent HQ, a company focused on behavioral intelligence technology, has appointed Gareth Evans as its Chief Revenue Officer. Evans, who joined the company on September 1, 2026, will lead the global commercial organization as Intent HQ aims to scale its operations and expand its customer base, particularly in the mid-market.
Evans brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent over 25 years in global technology markets. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, cloud, and enterprise software. He has held senior leadership positions at Oracle, Blue Prism, Alviere, and Lendscape, where he built high-performing commercial teams, developed strategic partnerships, and scaled revenue operations.
At Lendscape, Evans led the transformation of the company’s commercial function, securing 14 new customers in his first 12 months and contributing to double-digit company growth. His appointment is seen as a strategic move to bring IntentOne, the company’s behavioral intelligence solution, to more businesses, from global enterprises to the mid-market.
Gareth’s appointment is part of Intent HQ’s broader strategy to expand its go-to-market approach and bring its behavioral intelligence technology to organizations worldwide. Through IntentOne, the company helps businesses find the revenue opportunity in their customer data and act on it at the moment of maximum relevance. IntentOne reads real-time behavioral signals, surfaces ranked commercial opportunities, and activates personalized engagement, with privacy built into the architecture: personal data never has to leave the device.
As Intent HQ broadens its commercial model, Gareth will play a central role in building a scalable commercial engine, strengthening strategic partnerships, and taking IntentOne into new customer segments and markets.
