Hal Walker, joining as Principal, Business Advisory Services, brings over 45 years of experience in real estate investment and development, as well as a long-standing advisory role in Alberta's political landscape. Walker's extensive experience includes chairing Ralph Klein's 1992 leadership campaign, providing him with a deep understanding of political dynamics and strategic decision-making.

Marty von Wuthenau, also a Principal, brings senior-level experience in politics, cooperative financial services, and global public affairs. His background includes leading regulatory campaign work for Philip Morris International in Lausanne, Switzerland, for five years. This diverse experience will enhance ISP's ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and advocate for clients in a variety of sectors.

Catherine Sparks, a Principal with over two decades of executive leadership in municipal government, private industry, and consulting, will bring a unique perspective to ISP. Her tenure as Director and Branch Manager with the City of Edmonton will provide valuable insights into local governance and policy-making.

J'lyn Nye, with nearly four decades of experience in journalism, communications, and community leadership, will support ISP's defense sector files. Her role as Honourary Colonel of 408 Tactical Helicopter Squadron and her relationships across the Canadian Armed Forces will strengthen ISP's connections and advocacy efforts in the defense industry.

Robyn Henwood, a Principal with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and provincial and federal public service, will bring a wealth of knowledge to ISP. Her roles as Government Relations and Policy Lead for Roche across Western Canada and the Territories and Federal, and as Chief of Staff to a Minister, underscore her extensive experience in government relations and policy development.

Aileen Giesbrecht, also a Principal, brings over two decades of experience with the City of Edmonton, most recently as City Clerk. Her leadership during Edmonton's 2021 and 2025 municipal elections, alongside six City Councils and six City Managers, will provide valuable insights into local governance and electoral processes.

In addition to the senior hires, ISP has also welcomed Devyn Onwuachi, Nathan Thiessen, and Nathan Li to its Research and Consulting Support Team.
