Insmed grants inducement awards to 128 new employees

BRIDGEWATER, N.J., Sept. 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Insmed Incorporated, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering innovative therapies for serious diseases, has granted inducement awards to 128 new employees as part of its 2025 Inducement Plan. The awards, authorized by the company’s Compensation Committee, were made to attract and retain key talent.

On August 31, 2026, the new employees received a total of 115,320 restricted stock units (RSUs) and options to purchase 5,560 shares of Insmed common stock. The options have a 10-year term and a four-year vesting schedule, with 25% vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date, and 12.5% vesting every six months thereafter. The RSUs, which have a four-year vesting schedule, will release 25% of the underlying shares on each anniversary of the grant date, provided the employees remain with Insmed.

The RSUs and options were granted at an exercise price of $121.82 per share, the closing trading price on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on the day of the grant. These inducement awards are in line with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
