PALO ALTO, Calif. and LONDON, Oct. 12, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- insidepacket, a network services provider, has launched the AI Access Platform, a new solution designed to connect enterprises to GPU and neocloud providers through private paths that can be activated in minutes. The platform is set to debut in Europe, with its first deployment with Zayo Europe, a leading network services provider.
The AI Access Platform aims to simplify the complex landscape of AI compute resources. Many providers offer GPU resources but leave the connectivity around them to be designed as a separate project, a gap that the platform seeks to fill. According to Synergy Research Group, neocloud revenue exceeded $25 billion in 2025 and is forecasted to approach $400 billion by 2031. This growth underscores the increasing importance of efficient and seamless access to AI compute resources.
The platform operates in two models: a dedicated on-ramp that a GPU cloud can sell under its own brand, and an operator layer that exposes multiple GPU clouds to the operator's enterprise customers. This approach allows operators to bill both sides, providers to improve the utilization of their existing capacity, and enterprises to access a wide range of options quickly and efficiently.
Insidepacket's underlying NaaS (Network as a Service) platform has been in production in the US since September 2025 and in Europe since mid-2026. The AI Access Platform builds on this existing infrastructure, providing enterprises with a flexible and scalable connectivity solution. Each enterprise can have its own private network that reaches clouds, data centers, sites, and the internet, with built-in security and segmentation, and elastic bandwidth on every link.
In Europe, where data sovereignty is a leading criterion in AI buying, the platform supports in-country, auditable paths, ensuring that an enterprise's AI traffic can stay within the country and on the operator's own network.
The platform is designed to address the fragmented nature of GPU compute resources, providing enterprises with a flexible connectivity offering that keeps data flowing and expensive GPU resources productive.
The AI Access Platform is set to be showcased at Capacity Europe in London, from October 13 to 15. Enterprises interested in learning more or booking a meeting can visit the insidepacket website.
