Innventure Investors Sue Over False Deal Claims

A lawsuit has been filed against Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV), the industrial technology commercialization company headquartered in Orlando, Florida, on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the company's securities during the period from November 17, 2025, through August 13, 2026. The report further alleged that DarkNX appeared to be a shell company registered out of a Toronto-area home with only around nine employees and no visible data center experience or institutional funding. On this news, Innventure's stock price fell $0.54 per share, or 8%, to close at $5.87 on May 28, 2026.

Innventure, Inc. is an industrial technology commercialization company that operates primarily through Accelsius, a subsidiary focused on developing and commercializing two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling solutions for data centers and high-performance computing environments. The company is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.

The lawsuit claims that the company and its officers made false and misleading statements to investors about the DarkNX deal, which was a significant factor in the stock price decline.
