INLIF LIMITED Approves Significant Share Capital Increase and Migrates to BVI

QUANZHOU, China, Sept. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- INLIF LIMITED, a company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of injection molding machine-dedicated manipulator arms, has announced the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on September 15, 2026. The meeting approved several key resolutions aimed at expanding the company's capital structure and operational flexibility.
The EGM approved the increase of the authorized share capital from US$350,000 to US$2,720,000,000. This significant increase will be achieved through the creation of 7,998,953,125 Class A ordinary shares and 499,953,125 Class B ordinary shares, each with a par value of US$0.32. The company also adopted the seventh amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, which will reflect the new capital structure and make other housekeeping changes.
Additionally, the EGM approved the reduction of the par value of each authorized ordinary share from US$0.32 to US$0.0001. This change is subject to compliance with Sections 14, 14A, and 14B of the Companies Act (Revised) of the Cayman Islands. The company also plans to migrate from the Cayman Islands to the British Virgin Islands, deregistering as an exempted company and continuing as a BVI business company. The memorandum and articles of association for the BVI will be adopted to replace the current ones.
The EGM further ratified the appointment of Enrome LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The meeting also approved the adjournment of the EGM, if necessary.
