Inaugural MVMNT Longevity Medicine Summit to Equip Physicians with Tools
Vituity, the nation's largest physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty partnership, is set to convene the inaugural MVMNT Longevity Medicine Summit, a two-day event designed to bridge the gap between theoretical discussions and practical clinical applications in longevity medicine. The summit, taking place from September 22-23, 2026, in Coronado, California, aims to equip physicians and advanced practice providers with evidence-based tools and frameworks to integrate longevity medicine into their daily practices.
Hosted in partnership with MOOV Health & Wellness and Inflect, Vituity’s healthcare innovation arm, the summit brings together a diverse group of clinicians, researchers, and innovators. The event will focus on translating emerging scientific advancements into responsible clinical practices, addressing topics such as artificial intelligence in clinical care, biological aging, precision health, and regenerative medicine.
Bobbie Kumar, MD, Director of Clinical Transformation at Vituity and Director and Co-Founder of MOOV Health & Wellness, emphasized the critical need for a platform that bridges exploration, innovation, and integration in a responsible manner. "Longevity medicine is one of the most exciting fields in healthcare today. What’s needed is a space where we can explore these innovations and ensure they are integrated responsibly into clinical practice," said Kumar.
The summit will feature keynote speaker Jessica Shepherd, MD, MBA, FACOG, Chief Medical Officer of Hers, who will present "The Science of Exceptional Aging: Raising the Burden of Proof." This session will delve into the evidence required as longevity interventions move from research to mainstream medicine.
Registration is now open for practicing physicians and advanced practice providers. The event is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Commission for Nurse Practitioners (ANCC). Participants can earn up to 12 continuing education credits, including AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians, ANCC NCPD for nurses and nurse practitioners, and AAPA Category 1 credit for physician assistants.
Dr. Kumar explained the goal of the summit: "We want to help clinicians distinguish between approaches supported by evidence today, those showing promise, and those that require further study. This will allow them to lead the conversation with patients and integrate these practices responsibly into their work."
