Inaugural AI Symposium for Business Aviation Set for September

Tuvoli, in collaboration with the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's David B. O'Maley College of Business, has announced the details of the inaugural AI Symposium for Business Aviation (AISBA). The symposium is set to take place from September 14 to 16, 2026, in Daytona Beach, Florida, and aims to provide practical guidance on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in business aviation.
The symposium will kick off with a welcome reception on Monday, September 14, at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. The following day, Tuesday, September 15, the strategic symposium will be held at Embry-Riddle's Henderson Welcome Center. The event will conclude with an optional half-day practical workshop on Wednesday, September 16, at the O'Maley College of Business, designed to cater to both newcomers and experienced users of AI in aviation.

Greg Johnson, President and CEO of Tuvoli, emphasized the symposium's mission to provide a platform for practical application of AI in business aviation. The symposium is open to operators, brokers, FBO professionals, and other industry stakeholders. It offers options for combined symposium and workshop attendance, symposium-only registration, and workshop-only participation. Seating is limited due to campus venue capacity, and student registration is complimentary with valid ID. Net proceeds above event costs will be directed toward scholarships through the National Air Transportation Foundation (NATF).
