ATHENS, Greece, Sept. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Imperial Petroleum Inc., a ship-owning company that transports petroleum products, crude oil, and drybulk cargoes, has announced its plans to release the financial and operational results for the second quarter and first half of 2026. The results will be made available before the market opens in New York on September 10, 2026.

At 10:00 am Eastern Time on the same day, the company’s management will host a conference call to discuss the financial and operational highlights. Collectively, these vessels have a capacity of about 1,197,000 deadweight tons (dwt). Additionally, the company has contracted to acquire three more handysize drybulk carriers and a product tanker, each with a capacity of 157,400 dwt. Upon delivery, the company’s fleet will comprise 25 vessels, with a total capacity of approximately 1.3 million dwt.

The company’s shares of common stock and 8.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and trade under the symbols IMPP and IMPPP, respectively.
