Immuneering to Present Atebimetinib Findings at AACR Conference

Immuneering Corporation, a late-stage clinical oncology company, will present new findings at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Conference on Pancreatic Cancer, highlighting the dual mechanisms of its lead product candidate, atebimetinib. The presentation, scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, in San Diego, CA, will expand on previous results showing that 84% of evaluable first-line pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) patients treated with atebimetinib in combination with modified Gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel (mGnP) maintained or gained weight at three months.

The poster, titled "Atebimetinib Reduces Tumor Volume and Preserves Body Mass: A Dual Mechanism for Extended Survival in Pancreatic Cancer," will delve into the overall survival implications of both preserving body mass and reducing tumor volume. Dr. Peter Vu from UC San Diego Health will present these findings.

Atebimetinib is an oral, once-daily Deep Cyclic Inhibitor of MEK, designed to improve overall survival by shrinking tumors durably, preserving body mass, and minimizing side effects. The company's global randomized pivotal trial, MAPKeeper 301, is evaluating atebimetinib in combination with chemotherapy in first-line pancreatic cancer patients.
