ICG Silver & Gold Ltd has completed its first 3,000-meter Phase 1 drill program at the Tuscarora District Project in Elko County, Nevada. The company is preparing to release the results of the drilling, which are currently pending, after thorough interpretation and quality assurance.

The drill program, which targeted four key areas, Silica, Kings Vein, Battle Mountain, and East Pediment, has provided valuable data to support the company's ongoing exploration efforts. The Phase 1 program included 12 holes, with specific highlights as follows:

- Silica: Completed three holes totaling 675 meters. - Battle Mountain: Completed three holes totaling 807 meters. - Kings Vein: Completed one hole totaling 256 meters. - East Pediment: Completed five holes totaling 1,311 meters.

Steven Sirbovan, President and CEO of ICG Silver & Gold Ltd, expressed optimism about the progress.

The drill program was designed to test and refine the company's geological model across several priority target areas. The company plans to infill-drill these targets and expand on the current model to further explore the potential of the Tuscarora District. The project is part of a larger strategy to advance the Tuscarora District through systematic exploration and technical studies, building a district-scale geological model, and progressing the project toward resource definition and future development.

As of June 30, 2026, the company reported cash and short-term investments of approximately C$3.23 million and working capital of approximately C$3.85 million. The company intends to use these funds to support ongoing exploration activities and future milestones.

ICG Silver & Gold Ltd will also participate in the upcoming Muskoka Capital Event, scheduled for September 25-27 in Minett, Ontario. Management will meet with existing and prospective shareholders, institutional investors, family offices, and members of the resource-investment community to share details of the completed drill program and progress toward key future milestones.

The quality assurance and quality control program for the drill samples includes regular insertion of certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicate samples into the sample stream. The samples are being submitted to an independent analytical laboratory for preparation and analysis.

The Tuscarora District is a silver-gold epithermal system on the Carlin Trend, located about an hour northwest of Elko, Nevada. ICG controls 100% of the approximately 10,000-acre land package, which has seen extensive rock chip sampling, thousands of meters of reverse circulation and core drilling, and tens of kilometers of CSAMT geophysics.

The company's strategy is centered on advancing the Tuscarora District through systematic exploration and technical studies, building a district-scale geological model, and progressing the project toward resource definition and future development. ICG fundamentally believes in the long-term value of precious metals exploration, especially silver and gold, and is led by a technical and management team with extensive experience in exploration, permitting, capital markets, and development of mining projects in the Western United States, including Nevada.
