ICG Enterprise Trust Buys 15,000 Shares for Treasury
ICG Enterprise Trust plc, a leading investment company, announced on September 1, 2026, that it purchased 15,000 of its own shares on August 28, 2026, at an average price of 1488 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares, part of its ongoing share repurchase program.
Following this transaction, the total number of shares held as treasury shares has increased to 2,804,402. As a result, the number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, stands at 60,749,790. The buyback is being conducted under the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2026, which allows the company to repurchase up to 14.99% of its ordinary shares. The actual number of shares repurchased can vary based on market conditions.
ICG Enterprise Trust has set no maximum consideration for the buyback, ensuring that the company does not overpay for shares. Shareholders can rest assured that the company will not pay a price that would exceed the net asset value of the shares. The company’s current plan is to hold any repurchased shares in treasury.
The share repurchase is carried out in accordance with the UKLA Listing Rules and the company’s general authority to repurchase shares. Numis Securities Limited, operating as Deutsche Numis for these transactions, serves as the broker for these activities.
