Hyde Park Properties Appoints Andria Solomon as Operations Director

Hyde Park Properties, a prime central London residential platform established by Europi Property Group, has appointed Andria Solomon as Operations Director. Solomon brings extensive experience from her role at The Crown Estate, where she managed operations for Residential Market Leasing and Property Management across a super-prime estate spanning Regent Street, Regents Park, Kensington Palace Gardens, and St James's.

Solomon will lead the next stage of operational growth at Hyde Park Properties, focusing on ensuring that every occupier enjoys an experience that matches the quality and thoughtfulness of the homes themselves.

Hyde Park Properties acquires unmodernised and irreplaceable single-family freehold houses, which are sensitively refurbished to deliver premium furnished homes for the London rental market. Since being established in May 2024, the company has built a unique portfolio of over 40 houses across the most sought-after neighbourhoods immediately surrounding Hyde Park. The homes are delivered in partnership with Stackelberg & Co, an international design firm with Swedish roots, pairing Scandinavian minimalism with English country-house sensibility.
