The company is interested in a range of information, including years of service records, repair histories, job-site photos, equipment manuals, and training videos. The goal is to turn these accumulated experiences into valuable datasets for AI training.
Thomas Unise, the founder of HUMXN Research Labs, emphasized the potential value of the data.
The company is not just looking for static data but is also expanding programs that pay skilled workers to record their everyday jobs using wearable cameras. Humxn pays about $20 per hour of approved footage, providing businesses or workers with an ongoing source of revenue in addition to selling their existing records.
HUMXN Research Labs ensures privacy by verifying that the business owns the data and has the right to sell it. All data is then de-identified, with customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information removed. The company specializes in acquiring, collecting, preparing, and licensing real-world data for artificial intelligence and robotics development, working closely with businesses and skilled professionals to turn their knowledge and experience into valuable AI training datasets.
