HUANGSHAN, China, Oct. 05, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Huangshan, a city in Anhui province, has unveiled a four-day, three-night travel itinerary designed for South Korean visitors.
Travelers embarking on this journey can explore Xixinan on the first day, known for its serene streams and ancient trees. The evening brings them to Chengkan village, where lanterns shaped like fish light up the narrow lanes, creating a magical atmosphere. The next day, the route takes visitors to the Huangshan Scenic Area. A cable car provides access to the mountain, where they can admire iconic sights such as the Welcoming Guest Pine and unique rock formations. On clear days, a sea of clouds adds to the dreamlike landscape. An overnight stay at a mountaintop hotel allows for sunset, stargazing, and sunrise.
Descending the mountain on the third day, the itinerary guides travelers to Taiping Lake for a range of water activities including jet skiing, parasailing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The evening brings a stroll through Tunxi Old Street, He Street, and Liyang IN Lane, followed by a performance of Huixiu, a large-scale stage production drawing on the rich cultural heritage of Huizhou. The final day includes a visit to Hongcun, a UNESCO World Heritage village, and the quieter village of Bishan. Stops at Hongcun’s South Lake and Moon Pond, along with a visit to Bishan Bookstore, offer a glimpse into everyday life in Huizhou.
The four-day route is intended to be flexible, allowing travelers to adjust the schedule to suit their interests. Huangshan is approximately 1.5 hours from Hangzhou and 2.5 hours from Shanghai by high-speed train. To facilitate travel, charter flights from South Korea are planned for October 2026. The Incheon, Huangshan route will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays from October 14 to November 4, while the Busan, Huangshan route will run on the same days from October 28 to November 28.
