HTI Automation Expands Sales Network in Scandinavia with Mikrolab - Frisenette

HTI Automation, a German company based in Ebersberg near Munich, has expanded its sales network in Scandinavia by partnering with Mikrolab - Frisenette A/S. This move aims to provide local support for laboratories and companies in Denmark and Sweden, offering them consulting, sales, and application support related to laboratory automation.

Mikrolab - Frisenette, a Danish provider of laboratory equipment and automation solutions, brings extensive experience in the industry. The company has a strong network across research, diagnostics, the pharmaceutical industry, and other industrial sectors. This partnership will allow HTI to offer its X-TubeProcessor (R) systems to the Scandinavian market, focusing initially on two systems: the X-TubeProcessor (R) SIGN and the X-TubeProcessor (R) SMART 2.0.

The X-TubeProcessor (R) SIGN automates the labeling of a wide range of tubes and vials. It supports barcode-based identification, traceability, and integration into digital laboratory workflows. The system can be connected to ERP and LIMS systems via a REST API. On the other hand, the X-TubeProcessor (R) SMART 2.0 combines multiple process steps in one compact system. Depending on the application, it can integrate filling & dispensing, capping & decapping, and labeling into a single automated workflow. X-Control supports job and user management, audit trail functions, and digital integration with existing systems.

This collaboration was on display at LabDays 2026, where Mikrolab - Frisenette presented the X-TubeProcessor (R) SIGN and provided insights into automated tube processing and laboratory automation. The partnership aims to provide closer regional support as laboratories automate their processes, from individual labeling applications to combined tube-processing workflows.
