HP Unveils New AI-Powered Laptops for Creators and Gamers

BERLIN, September 4, 2026, HP Inc. has unveiled two new laptops, the HP OmniBook Ultra 16 and HP OmniBook X 14, both powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark and Windows. These devices are part of the company's expanded portfolio of next-generation AI PCs aimed at creators, developers, gamers, and advanced AI users.

According to Samuel Chang, Senior Vice President and Division President of Consumer Personal Systems at HP Inc., the new HP OmniBooks and the upcoming HP OmniDesk are designed to empower users with local AI assistants and advanced content creation capabilities. "As AI transforms how people create, develop, game, and work, HP is committed to delivering devices that integrate these intelligent experiences directly into everyday workflows," said Chang.

The HP OmniBook Ultra 16, designed for complex AI projects, offers significant advancements. It features up to 128 GB of unified memory and up to 1 petaflop FP4 AI performance, enabling developers to build larger, more complex AI models. The device includes a 16-inch 3K OLED display with VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 1000 certification and quad speakers, providing vibrant visuals and immersive audio experiences.

For creators and gamers on the move, the HP OmniBook X 14 is a portable solution. This slim and light device brings personal agents and local AI experiences into a compact, premium design. It supports modern workflows, combining productivity, content creation, and AI-assisted experiences in a single package. With up to 15 hours of battery life and fast charging support, users can stay productive without being tethered to an outlet.

NVIDIA RTX Spark, the technology powering these devices, reinvents personal computing by integrating personal agents, advanced content creation, and high-performance gaming into a new platform tailored for the next wave of Windows PC experiences.
